Order Processing & Payment Confirmation

Once an order is placed on the Abinam Healthcare website, it is processed internally.
Payment confirmation may take up to 48 hours, depending on bank or payment gateway verification.

Packing & Shipping

After successful payment confirmation:

  • Your order is carefully packed

  • The shipment is dispatched through our logistics partners

Delivery & Tracking

Customers are advised to track their shipment using the tracking information shared via email. Any delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external factors are beyond Abinam Healthcare’s direct control.

Replacement & Damage Policy

  • Requests for replacement due to breakage or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for replacement

  • Clear images or videos of the damaged product and packaging may be required for verification
