Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Delivery charges and gift-wrapping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please ensure the returned package includes the following details:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Product name

• Reason for return

Returned items must be received at our warehouse within the stipulated return period.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected

• The refund amount will exclude return shipping charges, which are borne by the customer

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing time
